Tonight it was time to get my husband ready to head back out of town (he’s been working out of town, and is gone Sunday night through Thursday night). I didn’t have much time, and didn’t feel like dirtying a lot of dishes, so I made chicken quesadillas, thawed some imitation crab and melted some butter, and cooked up some frozen popcorn chicken and pizza rolls, and served some broccoli florets. We called it our “Finger Food Feast” and everyone loved it.
