I’ve got a whole bunch of bottled marinades I bought about a year ago when I suddenly thought how fun it would be to use bottled marinades. I haven’t used any of them. I have frozen salmon fillets in the freezer. So tomorrow, I’m making salmon, marinated in one flavor or another. Tonight, I’m making biscuits and gravy, I think. Everyone says I make the best gravy. 
My family will be happy.
