Last night I made taco salad, with the addition of avocado, since it was on sale. Yum.
Last week one night, I made burritos with ground beef, refried beans and cheese, and smothered them with King Sooper’s deli green chili, with lettuce, tomato and sour cream on the side, and it was very, very good. I’d buy that deli green chili again, even if it is a bit pricey.
Tonight I’m making steaks that I’ve been marinating since last night in teriyaki marinade. I’ll broil them, since we don’t have a grill, and serve with baked potatoes with sour cream, and a yummy frozen veggie mix.
