Tonight I made tuna patties. I’ve probably typed my “recipe” in here before, but it’s probably also evolved, so…

Crumble a sleeve of saltines into a medium bowl, to about pebble size. Add two eggs. Drain three cans of tuna and add those. Add spices (I like garlic, dill, a touch of basil, and salt and pepper. Sometimes I also add celery seed). Mix it up – at some point, you’re going to have to suck it up and use your hands. Form patties and fry at medium high in a smidgeon of olive oil. Turn when browned.

I serve these with Alfredo noodles from a mix and canned green beans (canned green beans make Xander very, very happy).
