I took my daughter for a root canal today, and did grocery shopping and some yard work, so I was quite beat. Instead of cooking, we had the El Monterey “Fiesta Pack”, along with sour cream, salsa, and chili con queso to dip stuff in. It was quite yummy, and we’ll be having it again!
