My little kids are in Texas with their grandmother, and Alyson (my teen) is at my mom’s for the week. I’m completely alone in the house! I’m surviving on canned ravioli. LOL

But, I do have to recommend the Boston Market meatloaf frozen dinner. Quite yummy.

I took my daughter for a root canal today, and did grocery shopping and some yard work, so I was quite beat. Instead of cooking, we had the El Monterey “Fiesta Pack”, along with sour cream, salsa, and chili con queso to dip stuff in. It was quite yummy, and we’ll be having it again!
