		<description><![CDATA[<p>Well, I haven&#8217;t been posting, because I haven&#8217;t been cooking. My little kids are in Texas with their grandmother, and Alyson (my teen) is at my mom&#8217;s for the week. I&#8217;m completely alone in the house! I&#8217;m surviving on canned ravioli. LOL</p>
<p>But, I do have to recommend the Boston Market meatloaf frozen dinner. Quite yummy.</p>

<p>I took my daughter for a root canal today, and did grocery shopping and some yard work, so I was quite beat. Instead of cooking, we had the El Monterey &#8220;Fiesta Pack&#8221;, along with sour cream, salsa, and chili con queso to dip stuff in. It was <i>quite</i> yummy, and we&#8217;ll be having it again!</p>
