I’d love to know how you make the hoaie rolls. We adore French dips but I always buy my bread. Living in Frnace, do you blame me? We are headed back to the US in April though, and I need to have an alternative to my French bread.

Thanks for stopping by my blog (www.cheapcooking.com)! I have this book but don’t think I’ve tried this recipe. I do a plain pasta and ricotta side dish that my girls love. I use the what we cal the little “ball” pastas, frog eyes, ancini de pepe I think is the correct term. Just cook the pasta and then mix with some butter and ricotta. Mmmmmm.
